  • Tämä viehättävä 3 makuuhuoneen, 120 neliömetrin huvila tarjoaa majoitusta jopa 6 vieraalle. Huvila sijaitsee suoraan merenrannalla, josta avautuu näkymä kristallinkirkkaalle merelle ja hiekkarannoille. Sieltä on suora pääsy merelle, ja se on ihanteellinen valinta perheelle, joka haluaa nauttia auringosta ja merestä kaukana saaren ruuhkaisista matkailualueista.
    UUTTA VUONNA 2025: Yksityinen uima-allas, 20 neliömetriä.

    Huvila sijaitsee tyylikkäästi maisemoidussa nurmipuutarhassa, jossa on oma terassi, jolla voi järjestää grillijuhlia. Huvilan alakerrassa on tilava olohuone, jossa on yhdistetty oleskelualue, ruokailutila ja täysin varustettu keittiö. Olohuone avautuu etupihalle ja tarjoaa henkeäsalpaavat panoraamanäkymät merelle. Tällä kerroksella on pieni kylpyhuone. Lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ovet johtavat suurelle katetulle ulkoalueelle, jossa on kiinteä grilli ja ulkoruokailutila. Portaat johtavat yläkertaan, jossa on päämakuuhuone parivuoteella ja omalla kylpyhuoneella, toinen parivuoteellinen makuuhuone, kahden erillisen sängyn makuuhuone sekä kylpyhuone.

    Alakerrassa on vieraiden mukavuuden vuoksi ylimääräinen ulkosuihku. Haluamme, että vieraat nauttivat villastamme kuin ”kodista poissa kotoa”. Siksi olemme kalustaneet sen – henkilökohtaisia tavaroita lukuun ottamatta – samalla tasolla kuin oman kotimme. Kaikissa makuuhuoneissa on ilmastointi sekä runsaasti säilytystilaa vaatteille ja henkilökohtaisille tavaroille.

    Alue tarjoaa täydellisen tasapainon rentouttavan eristäytyneisyyden ja helpon pääsyn saaren kosmopoliittisempaan osaan välillä. Lähistöllä ei ole hotelleja, ja muutamat yksityiset huvilat sijaitsevat riittävän kaukana toisistaan, jotta intiimi ilmapiiri säilyy. Nauti alla olevasta puoliyksityisestä kallioalueesta, joka päättyy kristallinkirkkaaseen siniseen veteen ja tarjoaa vaihtoehtoisen paikan auringonottoon ja uimiseen. Voit myös jatkaa matkaa kauniille Agios Thomasin hiekkarannalle, joka on vain 3 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kiinteistöstä.

    Kävelymatkan päässä on muutama taverna ja rantakahvila, ja lyhyen ajomatkan päässä on useita ravintoloita ja minimarketteja. Ihanteellinen valinta ystäväporukalle tai perheelle, joka haluaa nauttia auringosta ja merestä kaukana saaren ruuhkaisista matkailualueista. Huvilan ympäröivä alue tarjoaa tyylikkään puitteen hääjuhlille tai erityistilaisuuksille, joihin mahtuu jopa 100 vierasta. Suurten tapahtumien järjestämiseksi tarvitaan ennakkovaraus.

Idyllic spot

This is the most idyllic spot for a restful holiday. Villa is beautiful and the location could not be more perfect. SUPs and kayaks to use and a resident octopus in the cove..what more could you want? Owner was incredibly helpful and great communication throughout. Book it..you won't be disappointed Cannot recommend this villa enough.

Will be back for sure...

Perfect location, beautiful swimming, daily kayaking, wonderfully quiet and lots of different indoor and outdoor areas to enjoy the view. Hire car essential, Google Maps and mobile data also very useful as signposting/directions can be challenging at times. Although our first Greek trip, Kefalonia, Thomas Agios Beach and Avali Villas seem like a hidden gem. Communication from Spyros and Nicole regular, friendly and flexible.

Special place

Wow - so impressive. We cannot rate this villa highly enough. It is set in a wonderful position with its own walkway down to the rocky seafront where steps are available to access the sea. Kayaks, paddle boards and snorkelling equipment are provided for your use also. The villa is special. Everything supplied is high quality, the furnishings and any outdoor equipment. Spyros was there to welcome us and show us around the villa on arrival. His communication cannot be faulted and was helpful throughout our stay. We cannot wait to come back again.

Paradise

This is the second time we have stayed here and we can't wait to go again! It was so difficult to leave. The villa is immaculate, very comfortable and a well equipped kitchen. The view is breathtaking and the sea is just at the bottom of the garden so very easy to cool off in the turquoise sea. Spiros is an exceptional host, nothing is too much trouble and very quick to reply to any texts. We used the kayaks and paddle boards and it was very safe in this cove. There is a new beach bar three mins walk and an excellent taverna which is open for lunch 12-4pm. Brilliant BBQ and dining area at the house so we used this every night. Supermarkets only 8-10 mins away with excellent choice. I cannot recommend this highly enough and the airport is only 20 mins. A WINNER!

Enchanting landscape, perfect house

The house and surroundings are just perfect, the hosts very accommodating and helpful. The villa is located absolutely privately on a magical plot directly on the azure blue sea. For us, the provided paddle boats were the highlight. We have undertaken large and small paddle tours and always discovered great new places. magnificent! You definitely need a car to explore the other great corners of the island and also for shopping. But nothing on the island is really far away. We will definitely recommend it to our family and friends and will definitely come back ourselves. 2 weeks just wasn't enough! Thank you Spyros and Nikky!

Fabulous location, a very nice property.

This property will accommodate 6 adults comfortably. No need to get in anyone’s way if you want to do different things. Plenty of options if you want to stay on site (the beach and tavernas are a few minutes walk away) with swimming, snorkelling and kayaking much closer. A car is essential as there is nothing within walking distance but the main town of Argostoli and Lourdas beach across the bay are both only a 15 - 20 minute drive away. We found the location perfect and enjoyed sightseeing, shopping and the sun which for us never stopped shining in the 12 days of our stay. Thank you Spyros!

stunning villa in a perfect location

Arriving at the villa we were blown away by its location just above the shore line and stunning views out to sea. The villa itself is well appointed and has plenty of seating inside and out - it really is as good as it looks in the photos! We enjoyed snorkelling and sea kayaking to small deserted coves just along the coast and our teenagers were able to jump and dive from the rocks into deep sea pools. A lovely cafe/bar and taverna are only 2 minutes walk along the shore line where there is a small sandy beach (This was busy during our stay but not unexpected for mid August). Air conditioning in the villa was excellent. The bedrooms have plenty of storage and comfortable beds and the master bedroom has a small safe. We hired a car which made accessing the island very easy. Argostoli (around 25 minutes drive) offers plenty of places to eat, shop and learn about the history of the island, and we were lucky enough to see sea turtles in the bay. Communication with Spyros was excellent both before and during our stay - when we told him that the kettle wasn’t working a new one was delivered the next day 😊. We would definitely recommend this property would love to visit again.

Exceptional villa with amazing sea swimming

Spyros and Nickol's family villa is exceptional. It is beautifully presented and proportioned home, with everything you might need for a villa holiday. The main draw of this villa is the sea, just a few meters from the garden is the rock beach with clear, blue water. We swam back and forth across the bay all day long, occasionally calling in at St Thomas beach for an iced coffee. Even in July and August we almost always had the rock beach to ourselves. Stop looking for a villa in Kefalonia, and book this one - you wont be able to beat it.

Absolutely delightful

The villa is in a very private and quiet location; you will need a car. Literally 30 yards to the sea, perfect views over a large lawn and out to the wonderfully blue Ionion. Facilities were very good, rooms are spacious, standard of cleanliness very high, and there are even kayaks and flotation devices available. Air con in all the bedrooms was an absolute must in August, and is efficient and quiet. Some lovely tavernas only a hundred yards away on the beach make for easy dining choices. Good supermarkets within 15 minutes will provide everything you need; and the barbecue on the terrace is fabulous. The villa sleeps 6, and my only problem was that there was not really enough lounge seating if you have a house full, but for me and my husband, the perfect holiday. Spyros is a delight and available whenever you need him. He also sends very good travel instructions and sightseeing advice. We will be back!

Fantastic villa - beautiful location

We stayed for 2 weeks in this fabulous villa - could have easily stayed for much longer! Villa description is accurate, but no words can convey its brilliant location. The crystal clear sea is literally just outside the gate, where you can sunbathe or swim off the rocks. You can walk/swim round to the lovely little beach just a couple of hundred metres away, where there are a couple of nice little tavernas. We were met by the owner, Spyros, who was extremely helpful ,providing lots of useful information. He kept in regular contact throughout our stay to ensure everything was OK. The villa itself was extremely comfortable, spacious, well equipped and clean. We were a party of only 3 - myself, my husband and our teenage son, but for larger parties it could benefit from an additional indoor shower. The outside shower was really useful for use after swimming. We really enjoyed using the kayaks (provided free of charge) to paddle to nearby beaches,, including little coves only accessible by sea. Also spent many hours snorkeling watching the fish. Nearby restaurants recommended by Spyros were all very nice and good value for money. The villa is only 30 minutes from the airport, but a car is really required to get out and about.. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this villa and hope to go back ourselves soon.

Amazing holiday!

We've had a wonderful stay (11 days) at Villa Avali. Owner Spyros has made sure we were as comfortable as possible, he's made himself available; The villa is very well maintained, clean and matching perfectly the pictures from the web site. Air conditioning made our nights perfect. The water in front of the house was incredibly clear and warm. We have enjoyed the kayaks. I recommend to rent a car. I will tell my relatives/friends about this incredible place.

Amazing!!!!

We are a family of four with 2 grown up children. We stayed in the smaller property for 6. We also saw the other property and it was equally spectacular. The location is breathtaking. The photos on their website are exactly how it is - just stunning! Accommodation clean, modern, elegant and efficient with a lovely sense of style. Home from home. They even had beach towels and sea kayaks for use! Everything was provided to make it a comfortable holiday including soaps and shampoos and washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets the kinds of things you don't really want to be buying for a 2 week stay.The owners are only a phone call away to help with anything that they are able to make the stay more comfortable. You do need a car for this location then you have access to supermarkets, restaurants and water sports activities within 20 mins. Although there is no swimming pool which for us was unnecessary the sea is literally in front of the property - 30 secs and you're in! Wonderful! Can't praise it highly enough. A wonderful home, location and delightful family owners. It was a privilege.

The best place to stay summer vacation

We spent 2 great weeks in this authentic hideaway. The scenery was breathtaking, amazing water color and truly peaceful. The villa, held by a lovely and very attentionate greek family, was very functional and easy to live in. The lawn offered great barefoot soccer for the kids. Kayaks were available too. The sea being so near, it was very convenient to take a swim then an outdoor shower and sunbath at the villa. The car was really welcomed as there were no mini market within walking distance. From the airport follow the owner’s good driving instruction rather than a GPS. The great BBQ place we have enjoyed almost every evenings. Miss it already, would definitely come again!

Villa Avali in June 2014

We stayed with friends at the "Villa Awali" in June. The villa is situated in a great location within walking distance from the sea and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. This is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with friends or family. What could be better than clear sea, beautiful views, delicious Greek food and gracious hosts? That's all you can get when you stay at Villa Awali. I would like to say special thanks to the villa owners, Spiros and Nicoletta, for warm and friendly welcome. We will definitely return here again. P.S. All photos and information on the web-site regarding Villa Avali are absolutely true. :)
