Location

There is a mini market and a choice of tavernas within easy walking distance and Lourdas beach and its waterside tavernas are a little less than 2 kilometers away.

There is a choice of several small sandy beaches in this area of the south coast. Midway between Argostoli and Skala it is about 15 kms to either, should you crave a little livelier entertainment.

First floor

Twin bedroom, ensuite bathroom - 2 single beds, sliding patio doors to pool and sea view balcony. The beds can be made up as a double on request. Ensuite short bath with shower over, washbasin W.C. Air Con. unit

Double bedroom, en suite bathroom. - 1 Double bed, sliding patio doors to side pool and sea view balcony. En suite short bath, wash basin, W.C. Air Con. unit



Basement level

Washing machine in large empty room, space for storing suitcases.



NOTE: The 5th person can be accommodated on a simple folding bed, suitable for a child up to 10-12 yrs old only.



Housekeeping

Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.

For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.

For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.

Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.



Parking- There is parking space next to the villa under the shade of the trees.
