The outdoor space is just as alluring; dip into the crystal-clear waters of the expansive infinity pool or kick it back on a lounger and admire the glistening seascape before you.
Unwind in comfort across the six bedrooms, some framed by panoramas stretching as far as Mount Ainos. With two independent living areas effortlessly connected by an internal staircase, there’s plenty of space for the whole family to unwind. Each space exudes an air of sophistication, with lounges, dining areas, and fully equipped kitchens inviting you to whip up a family feast. As the ground-floor living area unfolds, it is edged by patio doors that open onto the covered dining terrace perched by the pool. Head up to the first floor, and two separate terraces eagerly await, offering sweeping views over the breathtaking landscape.

Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 3 steps. The drive is crazy paved. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 90cm wide. To access the pool area from the ground floor, there is a path that's 150cm wide with a gate that's 90cm wide and 1 step. Other than this, the terrace is flat, tiled and open. The pool itself has step access. The ground floor bedroom and bathroom have a door width of 70cm, whilst the door into the kitchen/lounge is 80cm wide.
