Kaunis omakotitalo Mökki, Croft Mökki tarjoaa moderneja mukavuuksia ja mukavuutta ihastuttavalla paikalla Yorkshire Dalesin kynnyksellä. mökki tarjoaa houkuttelevan ja mukavan itsepalvelumajoituksen Silsden & Addinghamin läheisyydessä. Croft Mökki nukkuu jopa 4 henkilöä. Ihana paikka perhelomaille, jossa on paljon ulkotilaa ja tilaa pelata. Ihastele uusien karitsaiden saapumista keväällä, kun ne kulkevat etupenkissä. Vuodesta Mökki nauttia tutkimalla paikallisia kaupunkeja ja mukavuuksia sekä ihana maaseudulla kävelee. Nauti istuu takaisin patioon kesän iltana, kun otat upeita maisemia. Lähellä sijaitsevien kävelytietojen ja jalkakäytävien verkostoa sekä Skiptonin vilkkaalla markkina-alueella sijaitseva kaupunki on vain 6 mailin päässä, joten se on loistava paikka tutkia. Hyväksymme hyvin käyttäytyviä lemmikkejä, mutta pyydämme heitä pysymään alakerrassa ja jättämättä vartioimatta talossa.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful cottage.The highlights are the peace and quiet and the amazing views, as well as the comforts of the cottage itself. Lots of farm animals to watch, which we enjoyed. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything is very clean.The double bed is super comfy and the whole cottage is cool when needed (as some of our weather was very hot!) but also warm when required (as it also turned cold and rainy!)Ample parking at the front and a nice little patio space where we sat with a cuppa.All in all we loved it.

The cottage was well presened. The upstairs landing to the master bedroom was carpeted in the same carpet so ut was diffucukt to see the 6 inch step into the bedroom. I missed the step on the first night and ended up in Airdale hospital emergency after waiting five hours for an ambulance. I sustaned a head injury, this was reported to Amy the owner, see did not seem too concered just said it had never happened before. I was rather disapoinred that see never checked back to see how I was doing. As I was the only driver and could not drive for a few days this shortened the time we had to visit places. After that we kept the bedroom door shut so you could not just walk in you had to stop and open the door.

Having struggled to find the property along the lane, in torrential rain, we followed some sign posts to some other cottages, and stumbled across it by chance. The name plate is not visible from the road.The views are stunning and, in late April, the lambs were delightful. The cottage interior is lovely, and appropriately furnished. The beds are very comfortable. Just a pity you have to make them up on arrival. Having stayed in similar rentals around the UK and abroad, I was surprised to find no welcome file with information about the wifi code, basic TV instructions, local services and phone numbers. I was disappointed by the standard of cleanliness, ranging from a sticky kitchen table top to unusable dirty pans and baking trays. The crockery was clean, with the exception of a couple of stained mugs. The cutlery is tiny and there are no sharp preparation knives, not even a bread knife.Finally, there was no blind at the family bathroom, which my male colleague found difficult, the window being at an unfortunate height.We managed, but could not cook, so a short stay became more expensive with meals having to be sourced elsewhere. All these issues are easy to rectify, so I hope you have a more pleasant and welcoming stay.

Croft cottage was sympathetically renovated to a good standard. Some of the furniture was well used but in keeping. Amy put the heating on for us prior to arrival, and we used one of the log burners too, so it was much warmer than I anticipated from viewing the photos. The location was great too; it feels rural but is in walking distance (at least in one direction!) of Silsden, with all the usual amenities of a mid-size town. Two things stood out as odd, though: 1) The beds were not made up for our arrival. Clean bedding was provided but we had to see to it ourselves. 2) We searched high and low but could only find one sharp knife (a small paring knife.) This was odd as the kitchen was otherwise superbly well equipped.

Croft cottage is in a fabulous location, with plenty of local countryside walks. The cottage itself is much bigger than the photos suggest I think, and the kitchen is particularly cosy. The ouside area is lovely, especially with the resident sheep. We were lucky enough to see the northern lights from the garden. Great communication from the owner and check in was really easy. Cottage has fantastic views from both sides. Cottage smelt amazing, everything was fresh and clean. All usual equipment available for us and thoughtful provision of domestic consumables which we didn’t bring due to the short duration of stay. We would have appreciated a brief local guide to steer us to places to eat and shop but as WiFi was available we searched for ourselves.

Beautiful cottage, in a beautiful location. The dogs enjoyed the large garden as well as the walks around Bolton Abbey and Bronte Way in search of the waterfall. (Controllers need batteries, couldn't fine any triple As). Very comfortable, home from home.

We had a great week at Croft Cottage in July 24. The cottage offers lots of space for a family of four. The garden was perfect for our 4 and 1 year old children. Living room is cosy, beds are very comfortable, kitchen well equipped. There even was a highchair for our little one. Many interesting and beautiful sights can be reached within an hour. Thanks a lot for this lovely holiday!
