”Good location centre of town. Staff all warm and friendly. Food was fantastic, both the meal at night and the full English in the morning we could not fault. The room was the standard size, wow it was so small the door only half opened due to the bed being in the way, would go for a larger one if I’d of known. Carpets everywhere were dated, brown and tired, and need refreshing. ”

”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Calf’s Head, Clitheroe. We attended a wedding at a venue not far from here, so it was a great location for us. All the staff were helpful and friendly and the downstairs bar/dining was an asset to our stay. We both enjoyed a lovely full English the morning after with the option of fruit, cereals and yoghurts. The outdoor space here is gorgeous so would definitely recommend going here to enjoy it on a nice day. The only criticism I can give is that the...
