”Wonderful stay with friendly and welcoming staff!”

”This has been one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at everything was very clean. Everyone was super nice and the pool in the hot tub of my favorite amenities. Absolutely love them.”

”The online pictures look very nice, and they do look like the pictures but once inside the room it is nasty feeling, looks like they haven’t been properly maintained for years. You can tell they are used as weekly and/or monthly rentals. Disappointing and deceiving !!!!”

”I spilled water on the floor and went to clean it up and the towel was grey/brown. The guy at the front desk barely spoke to me at check in. It was cheap. I could shower and use the restroom. It had a fridge/microwave. It didn't have bugs. I can't really expect too much more, but it's not a place where you should be barefoot.”

”I stayed here for five days. Checking in was quick and easy. Room was pretty good, aside from the fact there was no shower curtain in the bathroom.”

”Our front desk attendant who checked us in around 9:45pm was spectacular! Her warm, welcoming personality and down to earth nature were a welcome surprise. Sometimes check in is a very transactional experience. I felt like this staff member truly loved her job and is an amazing addition to your team.”

”There was poop in our room under the bed. I wish I was joking but unfortunately true. We have pictures. Also the sheet that covered the box spring was covered with crumbs and dead bugs. We did get a new room but when checked there was a makeup bag under the bed. The cleaning staff was rude rolling their eyes and saying the rooms weren’t that bad. ”The property was quiet - we could only hear a little noise from the street. The air conditioning was great! We did not use the breakfast - so I can't comment on it.”

”The room was not cleaned during our 3-night stay. Clean towels had to be requested at the front desk. The front desk staff was very apologetic, but unable to address/resolve the issue. In my 60+ years of business/personal travel, this was a first time experice. So, I do count myself fortunate; however, I will not plan another stay at Home2 Suites. My son had a much worse experience during this same timeframe, same hotel, which also involved downright unnecessary rudeness from on-site...

”The check-in was great with Teresa. Parking was good. I had to get more towels first night as there was not enough in the room. There was three of us. The shower was the best part awesome pressure. Had to get my own towels again next day as didn’t get enough when the room was cleaned. But last two days we did get enough towels. Had to get extra toilet paper also.
