”This has been one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at everything was very clean. Everyone was super nice and the pool in the hot tub of my favorite amenities. Absolutely love them.”

”The online pictures look very nice, and they do look like the pictures but once inside the room it is nasty feeling, looks like they haven’t been properly maintained for years. You can tell they are used as weekly and/or monthly rentals. Disappointing and deceiving !!!!”

”Our front desk attendant who checked us in around 9:45pm was spectacular! Her warm, welcoming personality and down to earth nature were a welcome surprise. Sometimes check in is a very transactional experience. I felt like this staff member truly loved her job and is an amazing addition to your team.”

”There was poop in our room under the bed. I wish I was joking but unfortunately true. We have pictures. Also the sheet that covered the box spring was covered with crumbs and dead bugs. We did get a new room but when checked there was a makeup bag under the bed. The cleaning staff was rude rolling their eyes and saying the rooms weren’t that bad. ”I spilled water on the floor and went to clean it up and the towel was grey/brown. The guy at the front desk barely spoke to me at check in. It was cheap. I could shower and use the restroom. It had a fridge/microwave. It didn't have bugs. I can't really expect too much more, but it's not a place where you should be barefoot.”

”Im sorry to say I ended up sleeping in a chair. I booked thru expedia and then called the motel directly to double check that I would have a wheelchair accessible room. Yes, the desk clerk said. The bed was at least a foot higher than my wheelchair seat, and there was no way I could transfer to the bed. Why are motels putting these new higher beds in what are supposed to be accessible rooms? Even the elderly and children have a hard time getting on them. The replacement TP was placed high on a...

”Good location. It did take a while to check in since nobody was at the counter. Room was fine other than the toilet handle was broken. There was also a smell in the hallway near the elevator that wasn't too pleasant.”
