Sometimes check in is a very transactional experience. I felt like this staff member truly loved her job and is an amazing addition to your team.”

”I spilled water on the floor and went to clean it up and the towel was grey/brown. The guy at the front desk barely spoke to me at check in. It was cheap. I could shower and use the restroom. It had a fridge/microwave. It didn't have bugs. I can't really expect too much more, but it's not a place where you should be barefoot.”
