”Situated in the very centre of Kelso, convenient place to stay when exploring the area. Checkin was done very easily, with clear instructions sent beforehand. There is a Greggs just in front of the hotel, and also several restaurants and takeaways in close vicinity. There was double glazing in the room, and hence better insulation. ”

”Booked to spend time with our 2 Daughters, their partners and our Grandson. Very pleasantly surprised by this well stocked property. A real home from home and a very comfortable stay for 6 adults and a baby. The small touches were much appreciated, and the large enclosed garden was great for our Daughters 2 dogs and enjoyed by ourselves for some garden games. The outside space was also large enough for 3 cars. Highly recommended, and would love to stay again to explore the area more. We...

”If it's peace and quiet you want in lovely surrondings, this is the place. It's immaculately clean with everything you need for a self catering break. The view from the lounge, bedroom and conservatory are amazing with lush green fields as far as the eye can see. The host is lovely and friendly. Would highly recommend if you want a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in quite surrondings.”
