”From my arrival to my departure, this stay was excellent. Every member of staff I encountered was friendly, informative, professional and welcoming. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. The location of the hotel is excellent, and the receptionist recommended a couple of places to visit. I will definitely use this hotel again”

”I stayed here for one night as a solo traveller. On arrival they asked for ID, which I found a bit unusual, and then sent a link asking for credit card details to cover any potential damages. I understand why hotels do this, but it did feel a bit impersonal. The location is good and there’s plenty of parking, which is a big plus. The reception area looks nice and the room had a fridge, which was useful. The air conditioning worked fine. The room itself was a bit of a disappointment compared...

”There was no microwave in the room, and they could not accommodate the guests by putting one in the reception area. They kept giving excuses while other hotels in the area like holiday inn have microwave in their rooms. They refused to clean the room while staying for 5 days. Never stay here again.”
