Kaupunkipientalot – Kemer

”We stayed for a week at Crystal de luxe. It was a family vacation with two kids 6 and 7 yrs old. We booked this hotel mainly because of the positive ratings. Positive things: - food was great - free hammam was nice - family room was good for us since kids had their own "room within a room" - water slides were a big hit with kids Would like to improve: - sometimes some of the service staff had a "i am just working here" attitude. However this was not consistent and some of the staff were...

”Facilities are five star, the staff isn’t. Unpolite service and they don’t bother to handle complaints”

”My encounter with the staff was impeccable. Victoria and Ceyhan from Guest Relations went above and beyond with making sure I was comfortable and safe as a solo traveler. Ibrahim and Nur skillfully crafted my cocktails at the bar. Zekiye was my housekeeper and she cleaned to perfection and provided me with extra comfort with a smile. Edward gave me a tour of the accommodation and ensure my stay was spectacular. Bayram from the kitchen made sure I was well fed and didn't want for anything, but...

Alles was man braucht. Das Spa ist einzigartig gut. Mega Service.”

”This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, I’m having a wonderful experience! 😍 The views from the room are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up every morning and enjoying such beautiful scenery makes the stay even more special. The hotel is a perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a fantastic holiday. I would especially like to thank Anna, the receptionist! ❤️ She is incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. Her professionalism, warm smile, and genuine care for guests...

”Dreckig kein gutes Hotel”

”Maisemat upeat.Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Ruoka hyvää ja monipuolista. Huoneet siistit ja puhtaat. Uima-allas alue vaatisi suursiivouksen.”

”Otelinizde gerçekleştirdiğimiz konaklamadan son derece memnun kaldık. Odaların temizliği, tesisin düzeni ve sunulan hizmetlerin kalitesi beklentilerimizin üzerindeydi. Özellikle güler yüzlü, ilgili ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşımları için tüm otel personeline teşekkür ederiz. Bir sonraki seyahatimizde kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğiz.”

”We stayed for one night on our way to Kas. Perfect budget accomodations. Breakfast was good, room was small and clean. Parking is on the street so you may need to drive around. Location was perfect for exploring, lots of shopping, grocery and restaurants. Kemer surprised me, could have spent a few says.”

”Hyvä sijainti keskustassa, melko rauhallisella sivukadulla. Uudehko pikkuhotelli, hyvät tilavat huoneet, joissa kaikissa peveke. Nettiyhteys toimi myös oikein hyvin. Henkilökunta ystävällistä, tosin englannin puhuminen tuotti useimmille suuria vaikeuksia. Hyvä hinta/laatusuhde.”
