Pine Street Täysin kalustettu talo

Tämä kaunis täysin kalustettu koti, joka muutettiin kokonaan muutama vuosi sitten kaikilla uusilla kalusteilla ja varusteilla. Keittiö on varustettu kaikilla uusilla laitteilla, keittiötarvikkeilla ja ruokailuvälineillä. Kaikissa kolmessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuoteet ja sisäänrakennetut kaapit. Pesukoneella ja kuivausrummulla, pysäköintialue kadulla, autotalli työpöydällä ja aidattu piha kannella. Lyhyen ajomatkan päässä paikallisista kaupoista, palveluista ja lentokentältä. Kävelymatkan päässä hyvin lähellä Kenai-jokea (kuuluisa lohen upotusverkko)

Family Stay for a Wedding

We stayed here with family for our son's wedding. It was comfortable, looked as it did in pictures and any contact with host was pleasant & helpful. Location was great for us!

Not the Vrbo standard for money paid. Odor of old cigarette smoke. Window blinds with broken slats, holes in walls. Bedroom window no screen. Entrance doorknob broken.Wall clock didnt work. Bar of soap in shower with large dark hair dried on it. Text host for help with TV. Response was "there's a binder for that." And "Keep playing with remote, I don't remember how to do It." Pillows either fat and rock hard, or thin foam. Wouldn't stay here again. Pay more and find something better. Lots of open food items in cupboard, but less than half a roll of toilet paper in the house, and about 6 sheets of papertowels on a rool.it."thevremote

Family vacation retreat

The listing was exactly as advertised and in a nice little neighborhood right in the heart Kenai several blocks from the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary equipment to cook and feed a family during our two weeks stay. The bathroom had plenty of linens and all the condiments you would ever need including some you may have forgot at home. The very first night we stayed we had a moose visitation at the front door and on the second night the most spectacular northern lights display off of the porch. The location is very close and convenient to all the stores and restaurants of the city but more importantly only several blocks from the beach access which we took advantage of numerous times during our stay. We also found numerous hiking trails in the area within walking distance of the house. Overall excellent time was had and enjoyed during our stay at this warm and comfortable house. We would recommend it and of course if given the opportunity to book it again on another stay to the area we would without hesitation. of six

Just Okay

Communication was lacking, check in information wasn't ever recieved before trip. I've never had a problem with checking in before, every other VRBO I've stayed with has sent check in info before the trip. Tried contacting the owner the day of to get key code and they didnt get back to us until 4 hours after check in time. The place is pretty alright, the cleaning fee is a bit steep in my opinion. Overall the place was fine, but if youre visiting in the wintertime their boiler vent or chimney flu clangs around which is VERY loud and kept us awake all night. Beds are very firm but clean. We liked all the kitchen utensils and seasonings. Overall probably not worth the price we paid but it was okay.

Great Place!

I stayed here with my husband, 7 year old son and in-laws. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house was exactly as described, very clean and well kept. The owner was very responsive with any inquiries we had. It was close to a local school that we were able to walk to several times so my son could play on the playground. We all really enjoyed our stay here.

Place was comfortable, shower strong and hot, and kitchen well stocked. A couple of things that that detracted from property- trees surroung house in pictures all cut down, house smelled musty and triggered my dust allergies, and owner claimed we broke a window handle and a garden reel that were already defective/broken.

Comfortable!

We were very comfortable in this clean no frills home in a quiet convenient residential neighborhood. The beds and furniture are amazingly comfortable and we had everything we needed for our visit. The home owner is helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

We had a great time on our trip to Kenai once we were able to get into our rental. I never received any check in or check out procedures. After Facebook stalking and googling we were able to locate someone that could give us the code to get into the property. After settling in we had to contact them again (twice) for wifi passwords. Once all of that was taken care of we really enjoyed ourselves. The house was supplied with everything we needed. With no checkout procedures given we just did the same thing we were instructed to do at our last vrbo stay.
