”We honeymoon’ed at My Blue Hotel for 6 days and loved it! The hotel property is beautiful and clean. We chose the half board option, and really enjoyed the breakfast provided by the hotel. There are also several nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner that are walking distance.

It took a bit over one hour from the airport to reach the hotel. We used a taxi which I highly recommend. Cost was 60 USD. Police had many road blocks along to way, so make sure your driver has his paper work in order.

We was supposed to stay at Kendwa, but because of a bank fraud (!) we left the original plan, and booked through hotels.com at this place. We are very glad how everything turned out. This location at Nungwi is good. At Kendwa we would be stuck at our resort. Here we had more flexibility on what to do all the time.

"Ikäviä kokemuksia sattui hotellissa. Vastaanotossa ei osattu englantia hyvin. Vastaanotto myöskään ei sujunut ihan ongelmitta. Turistivero laskutettiin kahdesti, kortilla ja käteisellä. Ehkä se johtui huonosta wifi- yhteydestä, mutta kuitteja ei annettu. Asia korjattiin seuraavana päivänä, kun huomasia asian itse. Huone oli ok, vedenkeitin lisänä ja lämmintä vettä suihkusta. Vuode hyvä. Aamiainen myös hyvä, mutta paljon kärpäsiä ja lintuja häiritsemässä ruokailua. Ja ravintola toisessa rakennuksessa. Ensimmäisenä yönä vartija tuli avaimilla aamuyöllä huoneeseen, vahinko, mutta kuitenkin ikävä ja pelottava kokemus nukkuessa. Asia selvitettiin, mutta jä ikävä mieli kuitenkin. "
