”We stayed at this hotel recently and couldn't really fault it. The rooms are clean, modern and stocked with essentials such as tea, coffee, water and biscuits. The beds were super comfortable and the hotel itself is lovely.
The only downside is that the spa closes to guests at 10:00, after which point I am guessing you must make a paid booking. This was rather disappointing as I had hoped to utilise the spa after breakfast but was unable to do so before going home. Still a lovely place...
”The hotel was right next to the train station, so very convenient as a base for travelling in the area as we did. The city is so small that the walk to the bus station (where buses to e.g. the gower peninsula leave), the quadrant shopping centre or the restaurant cluster is no problem. There are a few small convenience stores close to the hotel, which were open til late, and the 24h tesco (not sundays) was also within walking distance. Overall a nice and clean base.”
”Based on the fact that this is a budget hotel, the staff are amazing - endlessly helpful and patient with guests. We arrived when all the systems had gone down and the poor reception lady was being pulled in every which way - but she was still so polite, smiling and helpful. ”

”My boyfriend and I came here for one a night stay. We stayed in a standard beach view room and it could not have been better. Gorgeous view of the beach from our window, very clean room, excellent facilities, comfy bed, friendly owner. We felt very comfortable here and it was perfect for our trip. Amazing for the price too. Only very slight complaint is that it’s was quite noisy being on a main road but other than that it was perfect. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back if...
”We enjoyed our stay very much! The property owner obviously thought of every need one might have. From the towels to the tea to the nicely stocked breakfast. We had a wonderful view from 5B, a super bed and it was quiet. Along the stair landings were books, dog biscuits, wine corkscrews and even a sewing kit. A big thanks to Patrick. ”
”All as described. Suggest requesting a room away from main road but lovely decor , fancy coffee machine and great shower. Parking in Bath Road immediately behind is only £1 for 3 hours so £8 for 24hours. Happy to return ”
”We stayed for one night & chose the larger room when we booked so had plenty of space. Loved the decor & ordered the waterfall prints that were in the room when we got home to remind us of the waterfalls. Room did get hot (very warm weather when we stayed) but there was a fan & we probably hadn't got the velux windows open as far as they could go. Booked a table when we booked in & had a very enjoyable evening meal.”
