”The road to the property is very bad. If driving, you need an SUV ora 4 wheel drive. We were the only guests and hence the property was empty. Despite that, they gave a room right at the entrance of the property, next to the security office, with limited view of the garden. After request a better room, they finally moved us to a better location, despite the rooms being vacant. The property is isolated. Food choices offered at the hotel were limited. ”The hotel is alright,maybe not 4 stars,more like 3. Pools were quite dirty,the water was greyish ( you couldn't see the bottom) and they let people swim with clothes on(!),someone even had shoes on while swimming. Food was ok..not a lot options for children at the dinner. At the dinner many times we got our drinks after we've already eaten,so quite slow service. Evening entertainment was really nice and fun. Room was okay,some parts of the room oldish but the bed was good. We got one big problem...

”With this price range you would expect everything to be perfect but this resort has still a lot of things to be worked on. Overall experience is nice, service is good, breakfast is great. But... wifi is not working, with the cleaning of the rooms there is always something wrong; towels replaced for one person only, water floating on the floor, soaps are finished and not replaced. We used laundry service too and one of my shirts was missing and I got someone else's shirt. They could track mine...

”Hotel was not what we expected. Over priced, more like 2 stars. Pools were old and dirty. Food was not good,very little options. Sunbeds were broken. Service was really slow,and mostly drinks that they served were not cold at all. Over all the hotel needs to be renovated. We had all inclusive (not a good option in this hotel). Our room balcony door has to be forced to open (old,did not work anymore). Good thing was our rooms bed and sheets,those were nice. I don't recommend to pay much for...
