”With this price range you would expect everything to be perfect but this resort has still a lot of things to be worked on. Overall experience is nice, service is good, breakfast is great. But... wifi is not working, with the cleaning of the rooms there is always something wrong; towels replaced for one person only, water floating on the floor, soaps are finished and not replaced. We used laundry service too and one of my shirts was missing and I got someone else's shirt. They could track mine...

”The hotel is alright,maybe not 4 stars,more like 3. Pools were quite dirty,the water was greyish ( you couldn't see the bottom) and they let people swim with clothes on(!),someone even had shoes on while swimming. Food was ok..not a lot options for children at the dinner. At the dinner many times we got our drinks after we've already eaten,so quite slow service. Evening entertainment was really nice and fun. Room was okay,some parts of the room oldish but the bed was good. We got one big problem...

”This was the most magical vacation and guesthouse that we have ever stayed at! The facilities are gorgeous and the staff is so sweet and accommodating (and always available) and we LOVED the big and beautiful pool. I think floating around in the water at night with the palm trees swaying above me was the most magical experience I have ever had. ”Hotellialue on laaja sisältäen lukuisia ravintoloita, baareja ja allas-alueita. Majoitusta on tarjolla monissa eri rakennuksissa. Meillä oli 3 x Deluxe huone hotellin Maridadi-osassa. Huoneet olivat tilavat, mukavat ja siistit. Isot parvekkeet kohti merta. Hieman toki pieniä vikoja jne, mutta kaikkia yritettiin kovasti korjata, kun pyydettiin. Ruokapaikkoja oli riittävästi, ei tungosta ja kaikki tarjottu ruoka oli maittavaa ja aamiaiset runsaita. Myös monipuolinen all...

”Diani Reef has a nice ”Grand Budapest Hotel” feel to it. It is somewhat run down, but we didn’t mind. The beach is great, pool and the gym are nice, monkeys very polite, breakfast excellent, parking handy, staff polite etc. I would save big bucks for other destinations and stay here. Dinner tasty, but overpriced.”

”The general conditions are good, rooms are nice and clean and airconditioners works well. Pool is Nice and clean. Food was good although no meat ( bacon and sausages) for breakfast in last 3 days of visit. Management does not adjust to needs - we were keen on Tusker Lite and although the resort is between Malindi and Watamu, they could never procure this. Chef’s cooking is good. We booked a family unit and it was only revealed to me that these units are under renovation in two days before we...

”Heerlijk rustig omgeving, schoon en veilig. Entertainment score 5...kan beter voor volwassen een beachbar met cocktails en mocktails Geen gymzaal was een grote gemis. ”I choose this Hotel because of the gym pictures on the hotels.com site. THERE IS NO GYM! And they were just sorry, we forgot to take the disinformation from the site. They haven’t had the gym since this January. Hotel didn’t offer me any refund or other option (another gym)”
