”Aivan upea paikka ja loistava palvelu. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Korona-ajan hygieniasta huolehdittiin hyvin ja lämpö mitattiin kaksi kertaa päivässä. Ruoka erittäin monipuolista ja hyvää. Ehdottomasti täydet pisteet.”

”I choose this Hotel because of the gym pictures on the hotels.com site.
THERE IS NO GYM!
And they were just sorry, we forgot to take the disinformation from the site. They haven’t had the gym since this January.
Hotel didn’t offer me any refund or other option (another gym)”

”With this price range you would expect everything to be perfect but this resort has still a lot of things to be worked on. Overall experience is nice, service is good, breakfast is great. But... wifi is not working, with the cleaning of the rooms there is always something wrong; towels replaced for one person only, water floating on the floor, soaps are finished and not replaced.
We used laundry service too and one of my shirts was missing and I got someone else's shirt. They could track mine...

”This was the most magical vacation and guesthouse that we have ever stayed at! The facilities are gorgeous and the staff is so sweet and accommodating (and always available) and we LOVED the big and beautiful pool. I think floating around in the water at night with the palm trees swaying above me was the most magical experience I have ever had. The hotel has wonderful gardens and is situated on a beautiful beach! Concerning the bad reviews- the guesthouse is located in a small town in East...

”Great place to stay on the beach in Watamu, proximity to Malindi international airport was super given construction between Mombasa and Watamu! The private adults pool is amazing for those without kids that want a quiet pool. If you are across from the dining/entertainment area though it is loud with music at night until about 12:30 am - next time will request room on the opposite side. I had a wedding blessing that was absolutely incredible - Nancy the planner was the best!!!”
