”Great Resort with Excellent Staff, but Room for Improvement Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at Diamonds Malindi. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. I stayed in a Junior Suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and nicely furnished. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. However, at times I would have appreciated a little more attention when ordering drinks at the bar or in the restaurants, as...

”Excellent stay, only negative thing is the full board.”

Consigliata.”

”The road to the property is very bad. If driving, you need an SUV ora 4 wheel drive. We were the only guests and hence the property was empty. Despite that, they gave a room right at the entrance of the property, next to the security office, with limited view of the garden. After request a better room, they finally moved us to a better location, despite the rooms being vacant. The property is isolated. Food choices offered at the hotel were limited. Despite being owned by Italians,...

”With this price range you would expect everything to be perfect but this resort has still a lot of things to be worked on. Overall experience is nice, service is good, breakfast is great. But... wifi is not working, with the cleaning of the rooms there is always something wrong; towels replaced for one person only, water floating on the floor, soaps are finished and not replaced. We used laundry service too and one of my shirts was missing and I got someone else's shirt. They could track mine...

”They do not accept reservation through Expedia. Stay away from this property. The area is dusty and far from the beach.”

”The room was clean, the staff very helpful, the pool was very clean. Service at the restaurant a bit slow. I had to call the hotel about pick-up from the airport as the text message sent to that effect was not received. Price of the ride was high compared to Uber.”

”Had a fantastic stay at Turtle Beach. The room was clean, but very hard beds. The food was varied with multiple options for every meal. The staff was friendly and helpful, but it was frustrating the number that asked about jobs in Canada and offering private tours. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others”

”I choose this Hotel because of the gym pictures on the hotels.com site. THERE IS NO GYM! And they were just sorry, we forgot to take the disinformation from the site. They haven’t had the gym since this January. Hotel didn’t offer me any refund or other option (another gym)”

”The hotel is alright, maybe not 4 stars, more like 3. Pools were quite dirty, the water was greyish ( you couldn't see the bottom) and they let people swim with clothes on(!),someone even had shoes on while swimming. Food was ok..not a lot options for children at the dinner. At the dinner many times we got our drinks after we've already eaten,so quite slow service. Evening entertainment was really nice and fun. Room was okay, some parts of the room oldish but the bed was good. We got one big problem...
