Overpriced
With this price range you would expect everything to be perfect but this resort has still a lot of things to be worked on. Overall experience is nice, service is good, breakfast is great. But... wifi is not working, with the cleaning of the rooms there is always something wrong; towels replaced for one person only, water floating on the floor, soaps are finished and not replaced.
We used laundry service too and one of my shirts was missing and I got someone else's shirt. They could track mine and I got it back but still felt the things in these hotel are not working very well. When checking out they tried to charge the laundry twice and of course didn't believe me even when I had my receipt. We were checking out at 5 am and inquired if we can have something to eat that early and at the reception the day before they promised there will be coffee, juice and something small to eat. Well, in the morning nothing was ready, not even coffee. That was a difficult day when we were on our way to safari and no way we could find anything to eat on the way before lunch in the afternoon. We could have been prepared for that, even order breakfast from room service but they promised us breakfast so we believed.
Definitely not service what you would expect with this kind of place. Half of the price of this resort would be more reasonable. I spent three weeks in Eastern Africa and this was supposed to be my best and most expensive place to relax. It was just the most expensive.
