Set in a beautifully restored 16th-century farmhouse, the property combines timeless charm with modern comforts. With free parking and The NEC just 20 minutes away, it’s ideal for both leisure and business travellers. Spacious Rooms & Traditional Touches Each of the bright, spacious rooms is designed for comfort, offering tea/coffee-making facilities, satellite TV, and modern en-suite bathrooms with free toiletries. Some rooms feature scenic countryside views. Free WiFi is available throughout the property, and guests can enjoy a traditional on-site restaurant serving local favourites. Ideal Location & Pet-Friendly Conveniently located just 15 minutes from the University of Warwick and 20 minutes from Birmingham International Airport, the hotel is well-positioned for exploring the Midlands. Pets are welcome for £15 per night, and a full breakfast is served daily at £12.95 per person.

To maintain this standard, we've installed noise and heat sensors to detect any unauthorized gatherings or additional guests. Should these alarms be triggered, our security team will intervene, and it may impact your security deposit. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 6:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.

The staff were very friendly but the hotel was rather ‘tired’ and in need of some refreshing. The bar and restaurant were also closed (which we hadn’t been made aware of before our trip).
