”Hotel was clean and did perfectly it what it promised except the breakfast, which is by far below my expectations. If staying here, be prepared to eat breakfast somewhere else. Rooms were tidy and comfortable. TV didn't connect very well. ”

”Adorable room, nice size, very clean and we were gifted a bottle of wine and a late checkout which was so lovely. Amazing location and great little coffee bar in the lobby. A bit tricky to find on the first day but we loved it!”

”We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was clean and cozy and our bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect and the free coffee on the 27th floor was the best! Staff was super helpful and friendly. Overall was a great stay! Thank you. ”

”The size of the room was good, compared to some other Manhattan hotels. The staff was A+, but the building itself had some issues: the elevators (both) broke down at the same time, water pressure in the shower was low, and it took some time to get some warm water. Breakfast was little modest, coffee/tea etc., bagels, and muffins. Over all, location is good (subway stations near), the staff is friendly, and if you can live with waiting for awhile getting a hot shower, I'd choose this hotel again.”

”Perfect! That is the word to describe my whole stay in Concorde Hotel New York. Hotel location is really good. I was staying in Deluxe Room, City View, and it was really beautiful and comfortable. Super clean room with deep soaking bath, comfy bed, Nespresso coffee machine and nice views. Hotel customer service and housekeeping where perfect! Thank you all! Certainly will come back if I have a change to come to New York.”

”Hotellissa on henkilökuntaa seisomassa mutta ei kertaakaan auttaneet esim oven avauksessa. Ilmastointi huoneissa on vaikeasti säädettävä joko liian kuuma tai kylmä aina. Näkymät ikkunasta suoraan ns roskalavalle. Siivous hyvää tasoa. Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla 200 m valoihin, mutta nyt viisastuneena ymmärsimme että kaikki maksaa monta kertaa enemmän tuolla alueella kuin 300 metriä kauempana. Sisäänkirjautumisessa jäi henkilökortti sinne ja sitä ei saa heiltä pois, joten huolehtikaan hyvin...

”Great location to explore the amazing city of New York. Beautiful lobby area and very nice staff. However the room (Jimmy suite) didn't meet our expectations: - even our teenager complained about the very uncomfortable sofabed - the heating was somewhat broken all the time: it woke you up with very loud noise every 45-60 minutes, it didn't heat Wells enough etc. We complained after the first night and some magic was done and the second night went well. The third night it had some problems...

”Great hotel! The rooms are small, but very fresh! The bed, blanket and pillows are very comfortable and fresh. The hotel's location is good, the subways are nearby, central park is also within walking distance. The cafe downstairs is absolutely wonderful, very good coffee and delicious breakfast. We can warmly recommend this place!”
