”WE LOVE THIS HOTEL! The staff is always amazing and always so willing to help when needed. The rooms are always clean, and no bad smell anywhere in the hotel. The rooms come with just about anything you would need but the front desk has a borrow locker if needed. Good safe area, lots to do around. Seriously can't say enough good things about this hotel!!”

”I stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Buffalo/Amherst/University for 8 days and 7 nights. The weekend nights were a little loud with kids roaming the halls late into the night, but this is not uncommon at most hotels, and I have great earplugs for sleep. I did not have the breakfast once while I was there, so I cannot review it. The parking was great, and I was able to park very close to the hotel the entire week. ”Only downside was that we asked about a 2 hour late check out, and they wanted to charge us $45. It was obvious from the parking lot that they were not busy, and this was, to me, an insult! Otherwise wonderful. Grumble, grumble.”

”I was able to check in early due to an earlier-than-anticipated arrival. The staff was great about that! Also, I found a very clean room, prepped and supplied with all I needed. The breakfast was also good both mornings, although a bigger fruit selection would be nice (just apples provided). Thanks for a great stay! I’d look forward to being at this hotel again. ”
