”This was a lovely location, within walking distance to many things downtown and short drives to many playgrounds. It was very clean and had all the accommodations we could want in the kitchen. We were very happy and would stay here again in a heartbeat! The only thing I would mention would be what another reviewer said - you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the rest of the rooms (kitchen, living room, bathroom). This was not a problem for us because our child is a very sound...

”We had a great weekend stay at this newly built place in Smithfield while attending a swim event with my son at Colby College, which was just a short, easy drive away. Everything was clean and cozy, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was helpful and highly responsive and recommended a local fishing spot on one of the three lakes right around the property which was very close and a nice way to spend down time. Overall, a solid choice!”

”The area is so convenient for any business you have in the Augusta area- right off the main thoroughfare yet far enough away to be private. Check in was as simple as getting the lock code from vrbo check in emails. The apartment is even more lovely than the pictures- almost too clean and comfortable to be real! Bedtime was silent so I got a great night sleep. I only wish we would have had more time to enjoy :) Highly recommend!! ”

”I stay there was OK. Directions were a little off, but I was able to get back on the right track. There were a couple of things that I wished had been there… A toaster, a hairdryer, tissues,and some bowls for cereal. (I had two bowls that I was able to leave there.) the unit was clean for the most part, but there were several dead flies and a dead bumblebee. The bed was very comfortable and warm for the chilly nights. The host was very attentive and got right back to me when I sent a text...
