”Excellent property, modern, very clean and plenty of very thoughtful touches. Very safe area and beautiful gardens all around. Also very convenient was the parking, given how crowds Kennebunk is.The only issue I had was the stairs, apartment is on the second floor. I have an injured knee and it was painful to go up and down.That being said I would highly recommend this property to people without a mobility issue, wish I had known. Overall I give this property an A.”

”Booked this place for a girl's weekend. James was very responsive to any questions we had and was accommodating. The place was clean and very close to everything (walking distance to downtown, short drive to the beach). We definitely enjoyed the beautiful back yard with fires at night and coffee by the water feature every morning. We will definitely stay again!”

”This location was perfect for meeting up with friends already staying in the area. The house is easy to get to and is well appointed. We like to cook during our stays on the road and we had access to many kitchen tools and even a grill. While we weren’t there long enough to enjoy it, there is even a fire pit area out back. Our hosts were great communicators and we are grateful they allow dogs. Also fabulous to have access to a washer and dryer. ”
