Also very convenient was the parking, given how crowds Kennebunk is.The only issue I had was the stairs, apartment is on the second floor. I have an injured knee and it was painful to go up and down.That being said I would highly recommend this property to people without a mobility issue, wish I had known. Overall I give this property an A.”
