”Staff and the cleanliness of the property was definitely a factor in my rating. Food provided had good options and everyone in my party who wanted breakfast enjoyed that too.”

”The entire hotel was immaculate and beautiful. My room was just as immaculate and beautiful. The bathroom was upgraded with a standup glass door heavy duty shower in the room was equipped with all the updated technology features as well as being very warm and immaculate clean with very nice modern furniture.”
”Very clean hotel. Friendly check in. Comfortable beds. Pretty quiet and convenient to restaurants and fast food options. When back in the area, I will definitely stay here again.”
”DFW Hyatt is a beautiful hotel surrounded by greenery & a lovely walk to Starbucks or Whataburger.
The staff of friendly, helpful greets you coming & going. The rooms are large with plenty of nice features. The pool & workout room is amazing.
The only complaint is the breakfast... onion in the eggs, no variety of options to choose instead of oatmeal or sausage... Same menu days in a roll... Could do better, plus room service menu options are helluva expensive for the frozen food served... $20...
”Everything was close. Drug store, gas stations, restaurants, grocery stores. If you needed something quick within walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly. Rooms were very clean. No funky smells. Towels were nice and white no stains! Carpet was stain free. Air filter in air conditioner was clean. Definitely would recommend. ”
”Didn’t get any hotels.com silver vip benefits. Outdoor pool was secret, atleast it felt like it. No signs, front desk didn’t mention it, it was behind closed door (needed code), but house keeper gave it to me. Hotel was clean and house keeping people was 10/10. Location was also good if u are going to DFW airport.”

"It was a very pleasant three nights stay. Our room was very clean and quite big for two people. The breakfast included was enough to give you a good start for the day. We weren't bothered by the traffic noise and didn't hear anything from the rooms next to us. We had a car with us and there was always plenty of space to park. This was actually one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in!"
