”The room was not properly cleaned when we checked in. We reported the issue to the front desk, but instead of sending housekeeping, we were surprisingly handed a broom and dustpan and asked to clean it ourselves. I've stayed at many hotels over the years, and this was the first time I've experienced something like that. It was quite disappointing and not what I would expect from any hotel.
On the positive side, the property appears to be fairly new. However, the amenities were below...

”This was a clean and convenient room booked last minute when we missed a connection at DIA. ”The room was big and clean.
The breakfast was ok but we missed some cheese. It was a bit difficult with the shuttle bus, because it did not leave at specific times, but you had to call the hotel. I called twice and waited a long time before they answered. Then they could not tell how long we had to wait. Anything up to some hours. When we finally got the bus after one hour everything worked well. According to the price we were quite happy with the hotel, but next time we probably choose a hotel...

”I would say that this place pictures better than it was in person. The room was kind of dark and there was a definite smell. My husband thought that it was a cigarette smoke, but I’m not entirely sure. However, all of the rooms have non-smoking signs on them. The mattress was actually really comfortable, but it could use a better protector on it. Breakfast was fine. We didn’t have to use the shuttle. The staff was friendly.”

”rooms were decent size, balcony was a nice touch. bed pretty comfy. pool itself was nice, water temperature was good, area around pool was messy, food plates left on tables, tables dirty. on top of your room rate, breakfast was 22 bucks a person and 17 bucks a night to park your car. location was good, close to I25 and places to eat close by. seems like they nickel and dime you with the extras but maybe most places do that these days....”
