”Without a doubt, one of the very best getaway stays for me. An impeccably clean and well-stocked cottage, excellent location for walking to all restaurants and shopping. Josh, the owner, excellent to work with as he communicated so nicely when my flight was rerouted out of ATL. The beds were super comfortable, all kitchen appliances are updated, and all the home info was clear and concise. Thanks, Josh, for everything! Choose this peaceful cottage for your stay and you will not be disappointed. ”

”Jimmy was clearly communicative, which made our stay smooth. Our trip to Woodstock centered on a home purchase, which made for a busy turn around trip in and out of Georgia. The home was perfectly organized and set up for what we needed as an inviting, comfortable and organized temporary home base. I plan to stay again! Fun fact, my stay included my cousin being with me on this trip and we got to stay in the home ON Cousins Road. The photo we took of us at the street sign serves as a wonderful...

”This place is exceptionally clean with an abundance of amenities and games. Completely stocked for your enjoyment. Arrowhead Lake is a beautiful resort. We escaped the heat and used the swimming pools. They were large and clean with courteous staff. Check-in and out was easy with great communication. Slight Negative, Wifi could be better.”

”This is honestly way nicer and better than we thought it was going to be. Jacki is a great host and made sure everything was taken care of. Whenever I'm in Atlanta moving forward this is where I'll be staying. Our pups loved running around the driveway/yard area and the fire pit was great to sit around and have a drink. 10/10 would highly recommend. Beats a hotel room any day of the week and is right in the middle of a lovely neighborhood! ”

Also, the property is in a safe neighborhood and is less than a 5 mile drive to the World of Coca Cola and the Georgia Aquarium. Would certainly recommend this place to other families.”

"I stayed 5 nights. There was no warm water in the shower any morning. I got one night cash compensation for that as they were not able to fix the warm water. The room was cleaned once during my 5 night stay. Afterwards I found that hotel had charged an unmotivated charge of 261 USD om my CC without any authorization. Now, I have tried to get this sum returned during weeks trough mails to hotel and also trough hotels.com. Still, I have not received any explanation or receipt for why the hotel has charged my credit card without authorization. As the next step I will now file a criminal complaint against the hotel for payment fraud."
