”Lovely setting and very friendly staff. Restaurant was quite expensive and one meal was not cooked well. Only one EV charging point that was always in use and we couldn't charge the car.”

”Staff were lovely and happy to help. We got a free upgrade to a harbour view rooms Rooms were spacious. Quiet room. Bathroom was new but room was slightly outdated and had stains on the carpet. Overlap a good stay. ”

”The room was big and shower room also very big very happy with wat I got spotless the staff were great and the fact u can use the spa fasilities next door is a massive bonus I didn't have breakfast has I'm not a breakfast person however I spoke to people who said there were a lot of options to chose from and good qwality food I did have a coffee from the bar which I did think 5.50 for a small coffee was expensive but overall very good ”

”Location is perfect for exploring Windsor/Eton . Setting on the Thames is lovely.”

”I chose to stay here as I had a flight the following morning at Heathrow. It was the ideal location, with parking and right next to the Thames, walking distance from the Magna Carta. However what I didn’t factor in was the size and number of guests. Having stayed the previous night in a small 5* hotel, I found the noise and crowds rather overwhelming ”

”Property a little tired but very clean and staff are very nice. Rooms functional we were upgraded to a beautiful view, only complaint the hearing was in a timer and the room was very cold. They gave us an electric heater which took the chill off. ”

”Lovely room with comfortable bed. Very friendly and professional staff. Could do with hot plates for hot breakfast and disappointing coffee but otherwise super breakfast with cold and hot buffet. Book a bed and breakfast room if you will require breakfast. Restaurant food prices expensive. ”
