”Very quirky 600 year old thatched building. We had a large room for 3 of us and a lovely big bathroom with a huge shower cubicle and a bath. The bed was very comfortanle and we slept well even though the building is on a busy road. If you only like 5* hotels, this is not for you! There was ample parking.”

”The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The parking could be a problem. There was a limited area for parking and entering or leaving the parking was problematic at times. It took us almost 20 minutes to maneuver out of our spot on the departure day. It was a minor inconvenience and overall the stay was very good.”

"I had a great stay! The hotel building and atmosphere were truly amazing. The bedrooms from 12-17 got quite warm due to poor ventilation in the hallways, so that's something to be aware of. The gym was decent and the sauna, pool, and jacuzzi were a nice bonus. The breakfast was excellent, though the internet connection was a bit spotty. Despite a few minor issues, I would definitely stay here again."
