We were greeted with snacks in the refrigerator, fresh fruit on the counter and milk already there for the morning coffee.It is within walking distance of all the things you want to see in Annapolis, restaurants, maritime museum, the Naval Academy and shopping.Highly recommend, you wont go wrong.”

”This property is right in the Main Street running through Chesapeake Beach and North Beach. It's close to the beaches, restaurants, and close to all of the local attractions. ”Very nice little apartment with a separate entrance from the main house. It was furnished and decorated very nicely (it didn't feel like a generic rental but it wasn't so fancy you were afraid to use stuff). Comfortable bed, nice pillows, nice sheets. I loved the porch and garden (and occasional visits from their very cute dog).”

”I came to North Beach for a friend’s wedding near by. The Guest Quarters was a cute place and very welcoming. The instructions provided were clear and easy to enter into the building and room. ”In town for the Annapolis Sailboat Show. It was the perfect location. Easy walking distance to downtown and tons of bars and restaurants. Property manager is quick to respond to communication, and was extremely helpful returning a lost item. The property is very nicely updated and was extremely comfortable. It had absolutely everything we needed in the perfect spot!”
