Wright's Aerodrome, Kenwick Road, Louth 1936 This is the site of Fred Wright's Aerodrome in 1936. The quarry is at the top of the picture. The hangar was at bottom right and contained an Avro 504k biplane, 1919 vintage, G-ACRE, and a Flying Flea. The company was called Lincolnshire Flying Services and toured along the east coast giving joyrides at 2/6, 5/0 and 7/6 for aerobatics. The hangar is still in existence as a garage on the Lincoln Road at Welton.

The cabin was amazing, so much nicer than we’d expected for the price. It had everything we needed, even a hairdryer & iron. Will definitely stay in one again. The Leisure facilities were great too, though the outdoor hot tub was not available which was a shame.

Good stay with a great , quiet room. Service and breakfast excellent. However, there was an issue with housekeeping, being left only 1 towel between 2 adults twice, the first time being left a dirty towel. We told reception who quickly sorted the issue.

AMAZING Thank You. Everything you need inside the caravan and outside. Has a lovely balcony to sit outside. Very close to all the funfair, beach, shops and the amusements. Has a little market up the road on a Saturday. Great communication with the owner. Very safe has card for barriers to get in ...

The Beach House was a lovely place to stay, it had everything we needed and the grandkids were thrilled to bits by the collection of toys and books. It's very close to a great beach and an easy walk into the centre of Mablethorpe.
