”Staff was extremely friendly and polite. Hotel is in a great location. The rooms facing Whyte Ave. can be a bit noisy at night -- ask for a room facing away from Whyte Ave. Room was clean and bathroom had a nice walk-in shower. Breakfast at Ampersand (located in the hotel) was delicious.”

”The suites were very spacious with a great view of the lake. The restaurant offered a great selection of food options. The property also offers activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking, etc The area around he hotel is still pretty devastated from the Jasper fires last year ”

”We were there for an overnight stay during NASCAR. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and very helpful with any questions we had. The stay was easy and when you’re away from home, that’s wet I’m looking for we had breakfast at the restaurant and had the avocado toast with pico de gallo and it was delicious. I have no complaints about this hotel. ”
