”This was a nice hotel outside the big hotel area of Cancun, by the water, but not the beach area. Nice balcony overlooking the pool area. Nice and quiet, but it would have been good to have a car since you are a bit isolated in this area. Good bus service into the beach area. Very friendly and helpful hotel personnel. ”

”The location is perfect. Easy to walk to restaurants. Lots of bars for those party people near hotel. For shopping take The bus to La isla, it was super easy. The beach is perfect. There's also 2 big pools when the waves are too big for actual swimming. I recommend the ocean view rooms, The view was just amazing, even from floor 2. The room was very big but lacked few basic things. Like a trash bin and drinking glass that would have helped when brushing teeth. I didn't find drinking water...

I have absolutely no complaints except for the concierge. It was definitely harassing my family trying to sell us something.”

Only thing is breakfast and coffee should be available at 6:00 am and not 7:00 am due to early risers and if leaving on an excursions, they pick up at 7:00. 24 Room service had a very limited section which only included sandwiches. Add more sections. Other than that, the hotel was very nice and lots of fun activities.”
