”Nos encanta el hotel. Habitacion perfecta, desayuno buffet excelente, servicio impecable, acceso directo al centro comercial de puerto Cancun. Unica experiencia muy muy muy molesta ha sido volver al hotel despues de las 10pm pues a la entrada de Puerto Cancun habia una cola infinita de coches que debian pasar por un control de seguridad que nos hizo perder mucho tiempo. No entendemos que los huepedes de un hotel bien caro come este tengan que pasar por este control y perder tanto tiempo como...

”The location is perfect. Easy to walk to restaurants. Lots of bars for those party people near hotel. For shopping take The bus to La isla, it was super easy. The beach is perfect. There's also 2 big pools when the waves are too big for actual swimming. I recommend the ocean view rooms, The view was just amazing, even from floor 2. The room was very big but lacked few basic things. Like a trash bin and drinking glass that would have helped when brushing teeth. I didn't find drinking water...

”13 of us went to the Seadust to celebrate 3 birthdays and had a great time! The staff was super kind and helpful. My granddaughter was turning 5 and having a K-pop Demon Hunters birthday and the chef there made her a Rumi decorated birthday cake that was just over the top gorgeous! And on 24hrs notice! Everyone was super nice and went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. We will definitely be going back! ”

”This was a nice hotel outside the big hotel area of Cancun, by the water, but not the beach area. Nice balcony overlooking the pool area. Nice and quiet, but it would have been good to have a car since you are a bit isolated in this area. Good bus service into the beach area. Very friendly and helpful hotel personnel. ”

”Hôtel très proche de l'aéroport de Cancun sans en être trop près. C'est calme et tranquille. La chambre est assez grande pour une famille et confortable. Le petit dejeuner buffet est très bon et comporte des options différentes qui plaisent à tout le monde. On a pu profiter de la navette gratuite et nous étions à l'hôtel en une dizaine de minutes. ”
