Do to a snow storm in our home area, we had to stay a night later to catch our rescheduled flight the next day. The place was perfectly fine. A nice quiet, pool, comfy beds, clean rooms, and a nice little restaurant/bar.
My only critiques are the following. First it took us basically 2 1/2 to 3 hours to get the hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Since this was a last-minute need, I booked the hotel and then quickly submitted for a shuttle pick up, but after realizing it’s a 24 hour notice situation I called the front desk and they put me on the schedule for 145. This was at around 11:30 AM. We called again to see if it could be sooner cuz we are basically stranded at the airport and couldn’t afford the taxis, they told us to be ready for pick up around 130 or 140 and the shuttle arrived at 3:20. This could’ve been handled a lot better, but I also acknowledge the fact that a lot of flights got canceled on this day due to storms in the United States so I’m taking it with a grain of salt.
My other note is the breakfast bar. This was perfectly fine, but they didn’t have any butter for the toast which was kind of annoying so it’s just dry toasted bread.
Otherwise, our stay was perfectly fine!
