Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype or Cost
This was our first—and definitely last—visit to this resort. While the photos look beautiful, the actual guest experience was frustrating and disappointing.
Most staff barely speak English, and service felt entirely tip-driven. Without tipping, we were ignored or treated poorly—unacceptable for an “all-inclusive” resort.
On day one, we were rudely kicked out of the Excellence Club beach area while simply exploring. No courtesy, no explanation—just a cold escort.
We requested snorkeling gear as advertised on the app. The front desk trainee claimed she’d never heard of it, then sent us to the beach kiosk. Despite asking her to confirm availability, we walked all the way there only to be told, rudely, that they don’t offer it “since COVID” and were pushed to buy a paid excursion instead.
The pool at the aqua bar was dirty, and our room was extremely loud at night due to nearby parties—our kids couldn’t sleep.
At the beach restaurant, my son left his shirt and Crocs while we swam. When we returned, everything had been cleared for a private event. Staff were unhelpful and dismissive, but we luckily found his things stuffed into a cabinet.
Dinner was also a letdown. The food was of poor quality, and we all had stomach pain afterward.
This resort felt more like a sales trap than a relaxing vacation. Poor service, bad food, false advertising, and no care for families. Not recommended.
