The rooms were very loud. We could clearly hear the people next to us, who were up screaming and yelling to all hours of the night. You can also hear the party in the lobby until midnight every night. Made things very difficult with small kids.
The buffet is ok, but quite bland. Restaurant reservations are almost impossible to make, so you’re usually stuck with the buffet.
The pools are freezing cold and not very comfortable to swim in. But they are kept clean.
The staff were all helpful and friendly. Everything seemed reasonably clean and somewhat maintained.
For the price, it was ok. But I’d spend more for something better next time.
