”The property is set in a beautiful quiet area, the interior of the property and exterior of the property are new and very upgraded. Fabulous kitchen, amazing bathroom, almost better than home. The outside property was easy to access with seating and a fire pit and also a grill. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay it was amazing thank you Paula for everything”

”This property exceeded our expectations. Such a perfect spot to relax on the water and have a peaceful getaway. We enjoyed everything about this place; from playing on the pool table, swimming, fishing and kayaking off of the pier and then grabbing dinner downtown Hot Springs or grilling at the house while watching the sunset, it was perfect. Hopefully we’ll be able to enjoy this property again some time soon. Thank you for the best spring break!”

”Very plain, no frills/decor. Detailed directions on unlocking and opening the door would be needed for people like me who are not familiar with this as well as directions on how to use the heater/air would also be nice. HOWEVER-it was better than tent camping and we only used it for sleeping-it was just what we needed and the location was great.”

”This is now our go to place to stay when visiting this area of Arkansas. It’s a one bedroom apartment with a balcony, with a large tub and a large separate shower. It also had a washer and dryer in the apartment! Great communication with the staff! If I only had a fishing pole with me, there is a lake right behind the building we stayed in. Outstanding!”
