”We only stayed one night, but I wish it had been a week! My wife and I loved our room, the common spaces, the porch, the breakfast! Everything was amazing! We have visited many BnBs through the years, and this one is among the best!”

”I had a sofa in the room. It’s nice to spread out during the day or before bedtime without making a mess of the bed. I want it to be freshly made when I hit the hay for the night. I was given plenty of water at the front desk without even asking. Thanks, Matt, I think his name was.”

”We have stayed at the Burgundy Hotel many times when coming to Little Rock. It's very conveniently located and the rooms are nice. Diara, one of the associates at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Overall, our stay went well.
Just one hiccup- we were traveling with our pet Maltese, and I call ahead to find out the hotel's policy and was told that the pet fee would be $200 at which point I asked if it was refundable and the associate checked with a manager while I was on the phone...

”booked a king balcony..was told they overbooked those rooms.settled for a king..very small room..no fridge no microwave.swimming pool was drained..staff was very friendly.water in shower doesnt get very hot.thermostat is programmed where you can only get so much air and fan.”

”Very nice room. Desk clerk that checked us in was obviously having a bad day. lol. Very unfriendly and short. He was also sitting out front smoking when we left. Hotel was beautiful and loved the lake view though.”
