”This was a great property just west of the main part of Estes Park and very close to one of the entrances to RMNP. Fall River flows directly in front of the property. The property is very quiet and because it’s not a large property, it wasn’t hard to find a parking spot. The unit itself was clean and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics to do any cooking. I would stay here again.”

”Our room felt a little like we were staying in a Final Destination movie. The ceiling fan was hanging on by just two wires and looked like it could have come flying off the ceiling had we turned it on. There were also sharp, exposed wall anchors less than two feet above the head of the bed, and the deck railing was extremely loose and wobbly. Needless to say, the room could use some serious maintenance and safety updates. These weren’t just cosmetic issues, but genuine safety concerns. On a...

”Enjoyed our stay. Host was exceptional!”

”Perfect.”

”Great place to stay with our small children. The whole process was smooth and the place was very well maintained. Definitely recommend!”

”Clean and comfortable. Host responded in a timely manner.Enjoyed our stay. Wish it could have been longer.”

”One of the best stays I’ve had in a while. Everything was perfect and hope to rent there again.”

”This condo is an absolute gem! The location is an easy walk to downtown, only about 1/2 mile away. It's literally right next to the Fall River, where you can hear the water rushing by. Having dinner on the deck was a delight. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need if you like to cook, including decent knives. So many places provide cheap knives that are dull and practically unusable. THANK YOU! Our host, Trent, was great! He even reminded us about the requirement for timed...

”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff is always friendly and the lodging is exactly what we were looking for.”

”Condo was nice, clean and simple. Good for a ski in/out on a family friendly easy ski area. Note jacuzzi in main image picture is not in unit and is in common area.”

”Very spacious! I don’t usually trust the online photos, but these are accurate. The downstairs suite has a king bed and a bunk bed plus a spacious bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. Only complaint was the bed was so comfy, it was hard to make ourselves get up in the morning! We had a great time & easily made a nice dinner with our extended family. Fireplaces and balcony were big pluses. Quiet & clean. Great decor & attention to detail.”

”I did appreciate that there were 2 bathrooms. That was very nice. However, both bathrooms had mold and I did not like that one bit. Everything else was great. Two fireplaces and able to cook in the kitchenette. I would have liked it if the refrigerator had a bigger freezer. Overall we did enjoy our stay.”

”This entire complex is very old and tired looking from the outside. Built in the 70s, it could use some TLC for the buildings and landscaping to improve the grounds. The clubhouse is small for the number of units it serves. This particular unit was comfortable on the inside except for the heat. Even at 8500 feet, it gets warm during the day in the summer. This unit has limited ventilation to let in cooler evening air. Since it is on the first floor, it doesn't make sense to keep the screen...

”The property was great for a quick getaway! Conveniently located to recreational center and downtown.”

”There are many condos very close together in this area and it is kind of difficult to locate the numbers. Parking is limited and the properties are not well marked.”

”What an amazing home base for your RMNP adventures. Clean, well appointed - the host really thinks of everything. Loved drinking my coffee with the sound of the river right out the back patio door. Highly recommend!!!”

”This room was amazing. It comes with all the comforts of home making it feel less like a hotel room (as other rooms at this lodge do) and more like a home away from home. We love be coming up here in the summer for Trestle bike park so location is wonderful!”
