”Cleanliness ”

”I was pleasantly surprised by the location, the property condition and the cleanliness of the place.”

”Accurate pictures, very, very nice space. A few quirks of an old building (the hot water is coming, it just may take a few minutes). Very nice kitchen, unfortunately there are so many good restaurants nearby that we never used it 😀. So close to the square we could easily have walked if we wanted to. Only recommendation would be some ottomans for the seating area - the tub chairs made us want to put up our feet and relax.”

”This is now our go to place when traveling through GA from FL. A lovely stay in a delightful historic home. The host is wonderful and check in is super easy. Beautiful neighborhood, easy parking, and there’s even a free little library out front. Highly recommend Famous Mike’s for breakfast. Some of the best biscuits we’ve ever had.”

”Stayed here for son's UGA graduation. Nice neighborhood. Funky college vibe. Master bed was fine however the futon that my daughter slept on was a bit lumpy. Check in and communication seamless!”

”Great place to stay to catch a Braves game. You are a block away from the stadium & restaurants. No need to hassle with parking. Nice lake view out the back door. Rooms are great size, just wish there had been a chair or small dresser or something to put clothes in or on instead of having to put everything on the floor. Kitchen was great, just missing a baking pan or cookie sheet...we couldn't cook what we brought in the oven. Overall a nice place.”

”The front desk workers were very helpful, and the workers at the hotel bar were very kind to help us place an order of food to go. The area has many restaurants, and there is a CVS about two minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.”
