”The experience was a sharp contrast to the other hotels used during our two week trip. Things went wrong from the beginning to the end. Reservation was lost and found only after we showed the copies of the reservation. Dinner in hotel “restaurant” was a mistake, like was the breakfast in the morning. Staff was rude and hostile; even left the restaurant while customers were waiting in line to give their orders. And our keycards were programmed to stop functioning couple of hours before check- out...

”This is a new Extended Stay Suites Hotel. Everything is new and clean. It smells really fresh. They conserve with supplies and are not wasteful when it comes to having multiple linen piled in a room. They provide enough at a time. Additionally, kitchen supplies are available at your request and a few trash bags. It’s important to keep you room clean and odor free because this is a beautiful place and there are no 24/7 custodial services.
