”From an outsiders prospective I was not expecting to see that people living within the Inn. My first thought was am I safe. However, the staff was very accommodating and had wonderful customer service. Turned my thoughts around 100%. I needed the WiFi password and could not find it and they were so quick to get it to me via text. They also started breakfast and arrived earlier for us to check out early. I would not say that it is 100% spotless but it was clean. They do not have any bugs and that...

Some kind of tax they said wasn’t covered in Expedia’s pricing. Maybe it was a tax that just recently passed, because I didn't have to pay it at a nearby hotel a few months ago.”

”Sheets and towels each had several obvious stains. We slept on our own sleeping bag and towels to avoid direct contact. Had to turn off the AC to sleep because it was so loud, but then we all woke up sweaty and hot. We chose it due to the decent reviews for a budget hotel, but we’ll learn our lesson and stay away from budget options going forward.”
