”The location was excellent and so many highlights in DC are within walking distance if you don't mind putting steps to your visits. Otherwise, the Metro Center was less than 5 minutes walking distance that has Orange, Blue, Silver and Red lines. I'm afraid to say that the free breakfast was very chaotic and the front desk was slow in responding to my requests for bath towels (the housekeepers forgot to place clean towels after cleaning). It may have something to do with the Memorial Day weekend...

"I picked this hotel mainly for its convenient location near the national mall. However I was surprised by the sheer quality of the hotel in and of itself. The room was nice and the bed really comfortable. The Ipad was also a great way to control all aspects of the room conveniently! I didn‘t try out the breakfast or other dining opportunities nor the hotel gym, so rating those aspects is rather difficult. Otherwise the hotel was in total a really great one and definetly where I‘d stay if I come back to D.C in the future! "

"Very worn out hotel with quite a low customer service. Reception was not eager to serve and no smile on sight! Location was nice and convenient. Even though rooms were cleaned daily, there was dust on the floors."
