”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”Excellent location 1.5 blocks to the White House & to Metro stop for 3 lines and connection to a 4th line to get almost anywhere you want to go. Multiple restaurants in walking distance. There are plenty of police around, as so close to the White House. Full size apartment with a kitchen. Quiet room. Helpful front desk. Highly recommend it.

”I dont know what all of the bad reviews are about. We had a lovely stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly, room was very nice, bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. At night it was a little bit noisy on saturday night, but the hotel cannot control people outside. ”

”Old, worn down hotel with very uninspired people. The first room I was given was terrible quality and so loud with street noise it was impossible to sleep. I was forced to pay for an upgrade to a "club" floor, which is basically the same room but comes with free soda, as it was the only room available that wasn't facing the street. IMO I should not have been charged for that.
Overall this is a 2-star hotel and I would avoid it if you can find any other options. It's about a 30min walk to...

Easy check-in online.All the info was given and when help needed Bushra Chaudry made sure our stay was what we expected. What great customer service!
Rooms are nice and airy.Well equipped.Wonderful location.
Pool area was great with wonderful lifeguard.

”I only stayed for one night for meetings at the Convention Center so did not avail myself of kitchen facility but it appeared to be very well appointed. I could definitely see myself staying here for a longer stay. It felt just like a nice one bedroom apartment.”

”Although the hotel was very nice, the staff was the best part for our experience there. They were always there with excellent advice and help. Place is a bit pricey, but it was very comfortable and had some nice extras in the room like fruit sparkling water, etc. Be careful with the alcohol fridge, as if you only take out one to look at, it be charged to your account. The cost of a little wine bottle is 30 dollars. We made that mistake, but the staff quickly adjusted our bill.”

Overall this is a 2-star hotel and I would avoid it if you can find any other options. It's about a 30min walk to Georgetown, decently safe although some shady people in the streets nearby. If you're considering taking this as a base to explore Georgetown, I'd recommend you to think again.
