”The hotel was clean and new. However, service was not good. I needed to call the reception and had to speak to a bot who could not understand my request and could not speak with a real person. We ordered room service which was totally overpriced. A small burger came in a plastic container with wobbly plastic cutlery.”
”This was a last minute stay because of a flight cancellation. I booked based on hyatt reputation and it didn’t fail to meet expectations. The only downside was there is no parking and you have to valet for $30. There was a public parking garage around the corner but I wouldn’t walk from there to the hotel entrance. ”

”The staff were kind and helpful. I enjoyed my stay, it was relaxing and comfortable.
I think they should add more gluten free foods/health options for people with allergies or other health restrictions in diet.

”This is a new Bonvoy Marriott in a perfect location! The hotel is beautiful, so clean, and comfortable. The staff is wonderful. They have a great happy hour. Bartenders are so sweet and make wonderful drinks. The entire staff is lovely. Right in the center of Georgetown walking distance to everything. They offer valet parking, which is a little pricey, but I guess the going rate. The valet staff is very efficient and kind would definitely recommend and will definitely be back. ”
”We booked this hotel after our flight was cancelled and our luggage was lost. At check in I asked for a tooth brush and briefly explained to the very very sweet woman checking us in about our day. Not only did she give me a tooth brush, she upgraded us to a room with a washer & dryer so I could wash the only clothes I had. The room was wonderful, the bed was comfortable ”
