âI am pleasantly surprised and appreciative of the accommodations at the Holiday Inn near BWI airport. They provided shuttle service from the airport during the icestorm. My flight was canceled multiple times and my luggage location was unknown. I had zero toiletries. Taylor at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. The room was spacious, modern l, and CLEAN.
The onsite restaurant was hectic bc of the short staff and large number of people...

âThe room was great with lots of unexpected amenities including bathrobe, slippers, an umbrella, and a different treat every day. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and well lit. The restaurant next door was convenient and delicious, and the valet service timely. As special shout out to Tyler Cole at the front desk who patiently, and I do mean patiently, helped me print a vital document.â
