”Check in was seamless, staff were attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. The Striped Zebra restaurant’s meals and drinks were very good. The room was spacious, clean and we had a very nice view. Would definitely stay there again.”

” When he and our son got to the hotel they were told they didn't have a room with the 2 beds like we had reserved. They were told they would be upgraded to a room with a king and a sofa bed. They were told it wasn't ready and would be in an hour. They went and got a drink then went back the room still wasn't ready. They were in Baltimore for a baseball game, so they went to the game.
When they returned to the hotel, they were told the king room with a sofa bed wasn't available, so they...
