”The location is perfect. Quick access to downtown JP and the T to Boston. Franklin Park was part of our daily activity for a nature walk. Things we look for in VRBOs: comfy beds, clean, good common gathering space. A+ across the board. The seating in the living could use a few more seats since you could have 9 people sleeping in the apartment, but we made use of the giant dining table in the open kitchen and living area. For the 5 of us, it was more than ample! The space is incredibly clean...

The property was exactly as shown in the listing; a lovely one-bedroom condo with a very nice kitchen; a spacious shower and wonderful bath. We had interesting views of Beacon Street from our living room windows and a large and comfortable bedroom. The Green Line “T” ran right down the street and we used it often. We were able to walk to and from Fenway Park and many local restaurants. We would definitely recommend...

”The condo is exactly as pictured. The bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. It requires walking up three flights of stairs, but my wife and I had no problem even though we are in our late 60s. There was a grocery store and liquor store a few blocks away, and the subway is just a 10 minute walk. I do recommend using Uber, which I found quite affordable. Our host Gary was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a great visit! The neighborhood was very nice.”

The apartment is pretty noisy (seemed like poor insulation above and below exposed us to neighbors who were on a very different schedule), but other than that we loved every aspect.”

”What a beautiful alternative to the $550/pr night at the Renaissance or Graduate. Check in and entry were flawless, Kevin was responsive and allowed us access early as my son had an exam and not available until 5pm. We walked to PC when the sun came out which was great. Next time I would get a rental car (due to Ubers availably) as we are learning the area and like to explore. Beautiful space!”

The apartment is great. It’s a wonderful location right in the heart of the Back Bay area. Easy walk to Boston Commons, Newbury St, and other popular areas. The rooftop view is absolutely gorgeous. The fire station sirens were never a bother during night hours.”

”Put my and my family of 5 in the wrong room, which they easily changed to a 2x2 as i had rented. Sunday afternoon the "maintence" man let himself in as we are in the room letting our dog outside. He didnt speak much english. Not sure what he was doing but he looked in our electric oven and than left. We didnt feel real safe so when we left we made sure to tske any valubles out and rigged the room to see of people had come in again. ”

”In this european standard accommondation you do not need a car or public transportation - everything is in walking distance. Open parking place opposite the street. The suite was clean, light and spacious. Beds were good, big pillows. The personal at the desk was very helpful, polite and shiny. Minus: no small pillows, lack of kitchen equipments, mugs, plates etc. The host sent several messages during the accommondation. ”
