”Grand Champions exceeded every expectation. The property is beautifully maintained with lush tropical landscaping that instantly sets the tone for a relaxing Maui getaway. ”It was overpriced facility compared to with neighbor hotels for what this hotel offered, I can’t believe a 5 star resort does not start room service until 5pm , also any kind of request from housekeepers took forever and occasionally forgotten. If you are looking for a luxury and memorable stat this facility is not for you for sure.”

”Great service, nice rooms. Next time I think I'd prefer partial ocean view. The mountains were nice, but ocean is always ocean, and apart from the mountains, the view to the garage roof was not too nice. Serenity pool for adults only is a great idea, and service there is fantastic.
The restaurants Ferrero and Spago are great, too. The only thing I'd complain about is the selection of vegetarian options. The food I got was delicious, but I always had to inquire in advance if they had something...

”We loved this hotel. While it's not a classic 'on the beach' resort, beaches are close by and the overall setting is beautiful. We had one of the 'fire lanai' rooms which turned out to be a great choice. The staff was great too. Next time we go to Maui, we plan to stay here again!”
