”We purchased a room with 2 queen beds that stated it could accommodate 5 people, which we were traveling with. Upon arrival, there were 2 queen beds with no other sleeping options, we anticipated a small couch or pull-out. When I requested a hideaway, they could not provide this. They apologized for the inconvenience but provided no other options. We requested additional bedding to create a bed on the floor, after waiting 3 hours for housekeeping, it was delivered to our room at 11:00 pm. & left...

”The pool was great there were a lot of ants though, very bummed that the water park was closed. No breakfast available but overall the stay was great. Ryan the bartender was awesome and was all of the staff ”

”Girls weekend at this property and it was perfect - clean, perfect size, beautiful vibes. Loved the fireplace, proximity to the water (and access to kayaks), and within 3 miles of a wonderful walking trail, downtown, and fun restaurants and activities. The kitchen was well stocked and the communication was wonderful! Would recommend.”

”Beds are uncomfortable. The King was okay for a hotel. Bunks and pullout couch were lumpy, uncomfortable, missing linens (when called, twice, nobody brought them). Kids were cold. Most attractiond close early and waterpark does not open until 10 am. ”
