”It was the perfect location for our needs and fun! There is a lot of fun things to do in the area and this place is in the best location for it all. The host was so easy to access and put a fire pit in for our visit :) The neighbors are friendly and it felt very safe.”

”Communication was excellent with owner. The pool was alot of fun. The house was very clean. 2 fridges were awesome. Lots of bathrooms! The reason i did not give it a 5 is the living room sits 6 with very uncomfortable furniture and the dining room sits 6 with higher chairs, not good for kids and many of the beds were very warped and old. The weekend we were there it snowed and snowed. Lovely but no one came to shovel us out so bring your own shovels (and chairs)”

”The cabin was better than the listing! Kitchen is huge, with an amazing amount of cabinet and counter space. Love the island, and up to date appliances!! Lots of living space. Bedrooms were comfy and the loft is such a plus, my grandson loved the birds eye view of the inside;). We were visited by turkeys, and squirrels. Fire pit and patio were much appreciated! Enjoy walking the property and took a short trip to wander the shores of the Mississippi River at the French Access. Will definitely...

”House was not easily visible from toad. Clean and fresh Only concerns are upper queen bed is not comfortable at all. Lounging are is limited 1 couch. Surely not sufficient to support number of guests”

”I enjoyed a quick weekend trip to Nisswa/Lake Hubert. The cabin and property were well maintained and clean. Lovely lake views, easy trail access and close to town. Communication with property owner was easy. Highly recommend!!”

”The lake home and guest house were perfect for our family. The outside seating on the deck was a favorite of ours every morning and evening. We rented the pontoon and really enjoyed the lake. We used the kayaks one night and wish we would have used them more, but just having them as an option was great. There was a nice selection of games, puzzles and DVD’s. The only drawback was that we didn’t stay longer. Our Texas family had a first time MN up north experience that will forever stay a top...

”We were absolutely delighted with our stay at the Lake Mary Cottage. The cottage is beautifully decorated and provided us with a relaxing and restful week of beauty, water, the changing color of fall leaves, and even the Northern Lights. Rocky was fantastic to work with and took care of everything. The evening campfires and gorgeous views, both inside and out, were amazing!”

It was on such a beautiful lake, the house itself was updated, kitchen stocked, whole house was spotless, flat maintained lawn for yard games,!and all the beds were extremely comfortable. I cannot say enough great things about this property or the hosts! They were so communicative and kind. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!”

”The property is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes from the town of Perham where you can grab groceries or hit some boutiques. Renting the pontoon was easy and the fishing was great. We used the kayaks and the paddle board. We also had a nice fire - super nice to have the chopped wood right there. We used the grill for dinner and had a family table tennis tourney later on. The bedrooms and living room are spacious. Kitchen appliances are new and cupboards are well stocked...

”This is a cute motel. The property was clean and we had excellent communication. We were able to get an early check in when we called which was wonderful. Check in and check out was easy and convenient which doesn’t always happen with motels which have been updated. The walls are paper thin, so if you are a person that needs quiet I would say this is not the place for you. The bathroom was clean but the tub was not updated(think pink). This meant a nice big tub even if it was pink from another...

”Me and a few friends stayed here and thought it was great! It did get a tad warm with the big windows and sun but worth it for the view and openness of the space. Great stay. Would book again.”

”A little piece of serenity which allows you to enjoy the beauty of MN. We enjoyed kayaking right from the property each day, watching/listening to the wildlife and had delicious pizza at Zorbas on Gull. It was fun to see the blooming lily pads and vegetation at this time of the year. Eric is a great host!”
