”Like- workout facility big with lots of equipment; flavored water in lobby; spacious room with good bed; quiet halls. Disliked- gym was super hot (80 degrees); lots of amenities were down and not working or not serviced- floor ice machines, water filters, espresso machine…wondered if they were understaffed or things fell into disrepair. Disappointing because we came last year and everything was wonderful! This time, not so much.”

”The room was very rustic in the best way possible, lots of wood furniture, etc. The beds were comfy and the man at the front desk was great. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.”

”I was very disappointed with my stay. The biggest issue was the customer service. When I arrived, the front desk staff were basically unresponsive. I waited quite a while before anyone acknowledged me, and throughout the interaction they barely looked at me or seemed interested in helping. The room appeared fairly clean, but there was a strange, unpleasant odor. Yeah, overall, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service completely overshadowed the stay. I would not recommend this hotel...
