”Absolutely stunning property! The only small hiccups were that there wasn’t someone actually stationed at the front desk at all times. Anytime I passed or went up to it, they were doing other things (work related like down at the door or elevator) that took them away from it. So I would stand around looking like hello anyone here? ”The room was very clean but there was no single lounge chair in the room, only a desk chair...very difficult for two people to put up with. A hassock under the counter serves no use when it is not accompanied by a chair to sit on. As a New England location, this is the very first hotel that does not carry NESN, the home of the Boston Red Sox. The microwave in room 126 did not work. Your complimentary breakfast is excellent.”

”Staff was wonderful! Our junior suite was comfortable. We enjoyed some of the older touches of the place as it evoked good memories of times gone by. Things are basic and it was very clean. The bed was comfortable and we were thankful for the ac that we could control in the room. Lots of easy walking and interesting places to eat in walking distance. Only downside is the parking so be prepared to walk a bit. There are a few handicapped spots right outside. Would certainly come back and...
