âWe were in the Event Center, and the bathrooms were disgusting. We would go back to our room on Saturday. Sunday we had to check out at 11am; and using the bathroom was horrendous. I donât know why they didnât have event staff checking on them every so oftenâ

âThe service was great. We were greeted with a smile. The young lady at the desk was very professional and courteous. She recommended restaurants close by, but we live in the area and knew the area well. The bathroom was spotless. The carpet was not run down like in some hotels I've been to. We loved the shower. âSuch a cute space! Definitely would stay again and recommend to friends. The only thing I noticed were a few pieces of debris in the shower area, but we didnât use the tub so it wasnât an issue for us personally. The free snacks were also a plus! :)â
